Order Processing
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Tracking is shared by email/WhatsApp once shipped.

Domestic (India)
- Standard shipping: ₹99 per order
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available across India
- Delivery: 3–7 business days

International Shipping (Worldwide) — flat rate per order by zone:
- Gulf & South Asia (UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Thailand, Hong Kong): ₹1,300
- US, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, Japan, S. Korea, Switzerland, Norway, Israel & all EU): ₹2,200
- Rest of the World (all other countries): ₹2,600
International delivery: 7–20 business days depending on destination & customs.

Customs Duties & Taxes
Any import duties, customs charges or taxes in the destination country are payable by the customer on delivery. These are set by local customs and are not included in the product price or shipping charge.

Returns
Returns accepted within the stated window; for international orders, return shipping and any customs fees are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
