3. Shipping Policy

We ship products only within India. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

4. Returns & Refunds

We do not offer exchanges.

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • You must raise a refund request within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support at ecom.hardikjewels@gmail.com, 9310590253.

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.
